A Reflection on Proverbs 3:18

This verse reminds us that wisdom, when held onto and lived by, can become a source of inner growth, spiritual grounding, and lasting fulfilment. It suggests that wisdom is not simply something we understand intellectually, but something we learn to embody in the way we live.

Within the Tree of Life, this invites us to explore how greater self-awareness, reflection, and spiritual understanding can help us become more rooted, more conscious, and more connected to God in our everyday lives.

As this wisdom becomes part of how we live, it can help us move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and trust. In this way, the Tree of Life becomes not only something we study, but something we begin to live.

A 10-week guided journey of self-understanding, growth, and deeper connection with God

This group offers a structured way of understanding yourself through the Tree of Life, explored alongside a Christian perspective.

It brings together personal development, psychological insight, and spiritual reflection — helping you understand not only your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but also your relationship with God and how this shapes your inner life.

If you’ve been facing repeated challenges, feeling stuck in certain patterns, or wanting to grow both personally and spiritually, this group provides a clear and grounded path forward.

How the Sessions Work

Each session focuses on one theme from the Tree of Life, explored through both personal reflection and a Christian understanding.

You won’t just learn about it — you’ll reflect on it in relation to your own life and spiritual journey.

Through guided questions, discussion, and short exercises, you’ll begin to explore:

    • Where this theme shows up in your life
    • How it shapes your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour
    • What may be underneath it — including deeper patterns or past influences
    • How it connects to the root of certain challenges you may be experiencing

As you move through the process, you begin to develop a deeper level of self-awareness and consciousness, along with a stronger sense of inner connection and a deeper relationship with God.

This helps you move from simply understanding yourself…
to beginning to live with greater clarity, alignment, and direction.
